"I recently closed on a home and was advised post the closing that there was an oversight and I needed to purchase homeowners insurance immediately. I quickly called my current agent (competitor) for a quote and was given an outlandish figure. I then contacted the Merrick State Farm Branch and connected with Yesica and Abdul. I connected with them late in the day (5:30pm) and they both eagerly assisted, diligently taking down all my necessary information including the “Trust” information the home was purchased under. They stood on the phone with me past business hours and then informed me their branch manager would contact me later on in the evening to finalize all details. Their Branch manager (Marwan) contacted me back at 7pm after he remotely signed on at home to further finalize my policy. After 15min Marwan was able to finalize my policy and in the end my premium was 30% cheaper than my original quote from another competitor. Marwan and this team truly went above and beyond here. I will be sending referrals there way after this experience!"
